Ocean Views

This contemporary design project was a full gut renovation, removing walls and adding a full bath.  Using large format glossy Italian porcelain tiles throughout the space, a wood and lacquer Italian kitchen with Thermidor appliances, bathrooms with marble porcelain tile, mother of pearl accent wall and thassos marble.  The furnishings, lighting, rugs and artwork are contemporary, comfortable, inviting design with inspiration taken from the sand and sea right outside the windows to reflect the gorgeous view from every room.

Modern Luxury

A complete renovation transformed this coastal condominium to a luxurious modern retreat featuring custom wood built-ins, high end finishes, porcelain large format tile floors, drop panel ceilings with LED lighting, an Italian glass tile bathroom, an inviting wine room, an expansive great room and kitchen with water views.

JMR Designs created a luxurious, contemporary home office space for our client with custom cabinetry, built in storage, led accent lighting, an ocean tile feature wall with custom grey plantation shutters and blue velvet chairs.

California Curated and Cozy

This home's defining style is inviting and livable with ivory, grey, white, taupe and black tones combining earthy rugs, textures, wood, stone and leather touches to create a unique and curated sanctuary for living, entertaining and working.  The kitchen and bathrooms have all been fully renovated plus feature walls created with custom artwork, moldings, wallpaper and natural stone.

Dream Bedroom and Bath

My client asked me to create a bedroom and bath for his two young adult daughters. We selected a background of floral wallpaper in blush and charcoal tones with boho lighting, upholstered queen beds in grey velvet and created a make up/desk area from an unused extra closet.  The adjacent bath was completely remodeled in marble porcelain with a waterjet inlay, and light grey cabinetry with a quartz countertop.

Empty Nester Contemporary

JMR Designs created for their "Empty Nest" client a comfortable, casual, cozy home combining wood textures, chenille, leather and velvet fabrics with gold and silver accents. The result is a versatile space for entertaining, cooking meals in an open kitchen, watching movies on the cozy sofa, working in a home office and fabulous spaces for the kids and grandkids, too!

This family home belongs to an active family with children who visit Florida as their second home.  They requested a neutral, timeless design that would be family friendly and update the traditional space to a transitional style with modern farmhouse and coastal touches.

Luxury Bath Remodel

This spa bath has all of the bells and whistles.. whirlpool tub, steam shower, heated towel rack, washlet toilet, and more.  This complete remodel redefined the space and adjacent closets to enlarge the shower and bath area in a grey and white coastal color palette with black accents, glass chandelier and sconces as the finishing touch!
